In addition to her novels, Richelle also occasionally contributes short stories and novellas to anthologies with other authors. 

 

 "Blue Moon" in  Immortal: Love Stories With Bite    

This short story takes place in a world where vampires rule and humans live as second-class citizens. Lucy, the daughter of the most powerful vampire in Chicago, suddenly finds herself being hunted by her own kind and must rely on the help of a cute human guy who's spent his whole life hating the vampires who rule his city.

"City of Demons" in Eternal Lover

"City of Demons" takes place between books 2 and 3 of the Georgina Kincaid series. In this novella, Georgina and her boyfriend find themselves in Los Angeles when Georgina is forced into demonic jury duty. There, Georgina discovers that justice might not be so blind in Hell's legal system and that her hands-off romance is only going to get harder and harder.

"Brushstrokes" in Dreams and Desires

This short story tells the story of succubus Georgina, back when she lived during the Italian Renaissance.  "Brushstrokes" follows Georgina as she takes on the identity of Bianca, a noblewoman in Florence, during the middle of the Bonfire of the Vanities--a time when many great works of art and literature were destroyed. Georgina soon finds herself working with a sexy artist who's intent on saving Florence's art, no matter the risk.

Dreams and Desires was a small-release charity anthology, the proceeds of which benefit a shelter for abused women.  It doesn't show up in most stores, but you can order it here.

 

Untitled Short Story in Kisses From Hell

Kisses From Hell is an anthology of paranormal young adult short stories that will be released in 2010. Richelle's contribution (untitled right now) will be about how the parents of Lissa from Vampire Academy met and fell in love.
